Our Philosophy

McKinley Company is a design-build commercial construction company, handling everything from tenant improvements, to retail, to industrial buildings, to commercial office build outs and much more. McKinley Company is a family owned and operated business, founded in 1992, by Judy and Cliff Williams of Rancho Cordova, CA. We have extensive commercial construction experience and well-established ties to the Rancho Cordova area being a second generation commercial construction business.

Some of our clients are Round Table Pizza, Panera Bread, Wells Fargo Bank, Togo's and Baskin Robbins, Victoria's Secrets, Kinko's, Interceramic Tile, and Wishing Well. Our clients range from large Fortune 500 companies to small family owned and operated organizations.

While most of McKinley's projects are right here in the Greater Sacramento area, we have also done projects throughout the valley, down into Fresno, and also out as far as Tahoe. Because we run our own construction team, we will also handle the small jobs that many of the other commercial construction companies refuse. Our projects range from $500 to several million dollars each. This flexibility provides our clients with the confidence that they can call on us for all of their commercial construction projects and/or repairs.

McKinley prides itself on taking a consultative approach in our work to ensure its clients the best service and care in the industry. McKinley will take your commercial construction project from conception to turn key completion, working hand-in-hand with architects so that those fees are included in the cost, unlike many other companies that hit their clients with additional fees after the initial bid.

We believe that change orders are relationship breakers and we do everything in our power to keep good working relationships with our clients and associates.
